OUR FOUNDERS

We are based in Edinburgh, UK and Europe and focus on helping product and delivery leaders overcome challenges that impact team performance, delivery speed, and product success. By applying systems thinking, team dynamics expertise, and agile principles and practices, we work with leaders, both in person and remotely, from aligning outcomes to ensuring sustainable results.

Suzanne Morrison

Suzanne is a product and delivery expert who started her career as a software developer and has over 25 years of experience as technical lead, programme manager, agile coach, product manager and trainer,  working in start-ups, scale-ups and  global organisations.

She played a key role in designing and implementing agile ways of working at Skyscanner in their high growth phase from 100+ to 1000+ employees and designed and rolled out a successful company wide agile training programme.

Suzanne has a pragmatic and hands on approach and is able to work at the team, multi-team and enterprise level. She is skilled at creating environments where teams can thrive – building psychological safety, increasing collaboration, aligning around clear outcomes and delivering value.

Suzanne is a regular speaker at International conferences on a variety of topics including Psychological Safety, Theory of Constraints, Team Motivation, Facilitation and Product Backlog Management.

Vinnie Gill - FCIPD

With over 20 years of experience, Vinnie has worked with over 100 teams, leaders, and individuals globally, training more than 800 professionals in the Product and Delivery space across IT, HR, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.

She helps businesses move smarter, faster and with purpose.
Her passion lies in Business Agility, enabling companies to stay competitive, responsive, and human-centred in a fast-moving world.

Known for her pragmatic approach and sharp delivery insight, Vinnie brings focus where there’s fog and ensures businesses remain profitable by aligning efforts with strategic priorities. She helps organisations prioritise what truly matters and create the kind of transparency that fuels both trust and performance. When businesses work on the right things and work together, they don’t just become more agile. They thrive.

Her work delivers measurable results saving companies money, reducing lead times, eliminating waste, and introducing AI to boost efficiency. She specialises in culture shifts by focusing on value, improving communication, and enhancing delivery.

Vinnie’s expertise spans Project Management, Contracts, Portfolio, and Strategy. She has collaborated with start-ups to help them scale and succeed.

As a Chartered Fellow of the MCIPD and an ICAgile Authorised Instructor, she has empowered countless professionals through globally recognised courses such as ICP Leading with Agility and Agility in Human Resources. She brings her real life experiences to the courses that she teaches. 

An international speaker,  Vinnie draws on her experiences from living and working across Europe, Asia, and Australia. She brings real-world insights to every engagement, helping organisations navigate complexities to unlock their full potential.
