We've been in the rooms where the big calls get made.

Between us, we've spent decades inside product and delivery organisations that were scaling fast and breaking things. Skyscanner. Jaguar Land Rover. HP. Scottish Government. Woolworths. Vidsy. Services Australia.

We've sat in the meetings where nobody could explain why delivery was slow. We've watched teams hire more people and get slower. We've seen every framework adopted and abandoned. Every operating model redrawn. Every Playbook, TOM and POM (Target Operating Model, Product Operating Model) launched with fanfare and quietly shelved eighteen months later.

We've watched transformations fail. Not because people weren't capable. But because the motivation behind them was wrong. Sold to a board. Driven by a consulting revenue target. Designed for the pitch deck, not the people doing the work.

Consultants come and go. The people inside the organisation have to live with what's left behind. We never forgot that.

And we got tired of it.

So we built something different. And when we say we've been in the trenches, we mean it. We've delivered the workshops, run the diagnostics, sat in the difficult rooms. This isn't theory. We've done the work.

We've also stood in rooms and watched things being sold that we knew weren't addressing the real problem. The root cause was visible. But naming it wasn't good for the deal.

Suzanne sees the system when everyone else sees the symptom. She's the one drawing diagrams on whiteboards that make people go quiet because they've just realised the bottleneck was never where they thought it was.

Theory of Constraints, causal loop diagrams, delivery flow analysis. She doesn't just understand this work. She cares deeply about doing it properly. Every client gets the same rigour, the same thoroughness, the same commitment to getting it right.
