Why five days? +
Because anything shorter is surface-level. Days 1 and 2 build shared understanding and train the team. Days 3 and 4 are the real diagnostic: one-on-ones, small groups, deep in your data, processes, and people. Day 5 is where we present findings and align everyone on what happens next. Each step builds on the last. Miss one and you lose the depth.
Do you deliver the programme at our location, and is travel included? +
Yes. The Accelerator works best on-site if that's already how your team operates. If being together is part of your DNA, we want to be there with you, in the trenches. If your team is fully remote, we can work with that too. Days 3, 4 and 5 can also be done remotely, or as a mix of both. Either way, book a call and we'll figure out the right setup. We travel globally to deliver the Accelerator. To keep the fee consistent for all partners regardless of geography, travel and accommodation are invoiced separately at cost.
Can this be done online? +
Absolutely. Both of us have spent years working remotely and mobilising distributed teams. We run the full programme online without losing impact. Get in touch and we'll figure out the right setup.
Can we take the days separately? +
Yes. You can take Days 1 and 2 (training and shared understanding) on their own, or Days 3, 4 and 5 (diagnostic and findings) on their own. We'd strongly recommend doing both. The diagnostic lands harder when the team already has shared language. But every organisation is different. Book a call and we'll work out what makes sense for you.
How flexible is the scheduling for Days 3, 4 and 5? +
We work around you. Days 1 and 2 run back to back. We highly recommend Days 3, 4 and 5 are spread out, giving everyone time to reflect, plan, and prepare. We recommend completing them within two weeks of Days 1 and 2. Beyond that, the shared understanding starts to fade and the diagnostic loses momentum.
What if we need more than 20 people in the sessions? +
We keep training workshops to 20. It builds psychological safety, focus, and trust. For larger organisations, we run additional cohorts across teams, departments, or wherever the work needs to reach. Get in touch and we'll work out the right structure.
