Do you just recommend the same tools to everyone? +
No. We have no vendor partnerships and no tools we're paid to push. Every engagement starts with understanding your system and your constraints. The tools come last, not first.
We already have an AI strategy. Can you still help? +
Yes. Most AI strategies are tool-first. We can help stress-test your current approach, identify where it's not landing, and build the system underneath it that makes adoption stick.
What's the difference between this and The Accelerator? +
There is some crossover. The Accelerator maps your processes, removes what's wasteful, and makes the system lean. We also gather real user feedback at that stage, because you can't design for people without talking to them. For some organisations, that work and the AI scaling work happen together. For others, one comes first. Get in touch and we'll tell you which one makes sense for where you are right now.
Do you build the AI systems, or just advise? +
Both. We'll tell you what to build, help you build it, and work alongside your team until it's embedded in how they actually work. Not just piloted and abandoned. We also always aim to build capability inside your organisation as we go, not dependency on us. We'll meet you where you are. How long does it take? +
The diagnostic typically takes a few days but the honest answer is it depends on your availability, your team's, and the scope we're working with. What we can promise: after the diagnostic, you'll know enough to decide whether and how to move forward.
